Lilydale Doctors is a doctor-led general practice at 104 Main Street, Lilydale, caring for individuals and families from Lilydale, Mooroolbark, Mount Evelyn, Coldstream and across the Yarra Ranges. Our GPs look after everyday health concerns and long-term conditions, with nurses, allied health practitioners and visiting specialists in the same building.

When you need extra support, your GP can refer you to our on-site psychologists, physiotherapist, dietitian and podiatrist, or to visiting specialists in cardiology, gastroenterology, psychiatry, and obstetrics and gynaecology.

Yes. You can request repeat prescriptions, referrals and medical certificates through our patient portal.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, for suitable health concerns. Telehealth is available to patients who have had a face-to-face appointment with us in the past 12 months. Book online or call us to arrange one.
