Pre Employment Medicals

Lilydale Doctors provides pre-employment medical assessments for people starting a new job or changing roles. Our GPs complete the assessment your employer requires and fill in the paperwork they supply.

What a pre-employment medical may include

Every employer’s requirements are different. Depending on the role, your assessment may include:

• A review of your medical history and current medications
• A physical examination
• Blood pressure, height and weight
• Vision and hearing checks
• Any other tests your employer has requested

What to bring

• Any forms or instructions from your employer
• Photo ID
• A list of your current medications
• Your glasses, contact lenses or hearing aids, if you use them

How to book

Please call us on 03 9088 8177 to book, and let reception know it is a pre-employment medical so we can allow enough time. If your employer has sent a list of required tests, have it with you when you call.
