Following treatment, we recommend:  Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours  Avoid excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms) for 24–48 hours  Avoid alcohol for 24 hours  Avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas unless advised

Mild redness, swelling or small injection marks are common and usually settle within a few days.
